What Is Residential Treatment?

Finding Ways Inc.'s Residential Treatment Program provides intensive, round-the-clock care in a safe and structured therapeutic environment. Designed for individuals whose needs exceed what outpatient services can address, our residential program offers a stable foundation for recovery from mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders. Residents receive individualized treatment plans, daily therapeutic programming, medication management support, and compassionate care from a multidisciplinary team — all within a community-based setting that promotes dignity and healing.

What Residential Treatment Includes

24-Hour Supervised Care

Around-the-clock supervision and support from trained behavioral health staff in a safe, structured residential setting.

Individualized Treatment Plans

Each resident receives a personalized treatment plan developed collaboratively with clinicians, addressing their unique mental health and recovery goals.

Individual & Group Therapy

Regular individual therapy sessions and structured group therapy to build coping skills, process experiences, and foster peer connection.

Medication Management

Coordination with psychiatric providers for medication evaluation, management, and monitoring throughout the residential stay.

How Admissions Works

Referral or Inquiry

Contact us directly, or have a hospital, psychiatrist, therapist, or case manager submit a referral. We welcome self-referrals as well.

Pre-Admission Assessment

Our clinical team conducts a thorough assessment to determine the appropriate level of care and ensure residential treatment is the right fit.

Admission & Orientation

Upon admission, residents are welcomed into a structured, supportive environment and oriented to the program, schedule, and their care team.

Treatment & Transition

Residents engage in daily therapeutic programming while their team simultaneously plans a safe, supported transition back to community life.
