What Is Supportive Housing?
Finding Ways Inc.'s Supportive Housing Program bridges the gap between clinical treatment and independent living. We provide access to stable, affordable housing alongside coordinated behavioral health services — so individuals leaving residential treatment, transitioning from psychiatric hospitalization, or experiencing housing instability have a safe place to land and the support they need to thrive. Our team works closely with each participant to secure appropriate housing, connect them to community resources, and provide ongoing case management to sustain long-term stability.
What Supportive Housing Includes
Housing Placement Assistance
Support identifying, applying for, and securing safe, affordable housing options that fit each individual's needs and circumstances.
Ongoing Case Management
Regular check-ins and coordination with a dedicated case manager to help residents maintain housing stability and navigate challenges.
Behavioral Health Coordination
Linkage to outpatient therapy, PRP services, medication management, and other behavioral health supports to sustain recovery.
Life Skills & Independent Living
Coaching in budgeting, household management, tenant rights, and daily living skills to build confidence and self-sufficiency.
Community Resource Navigation
Connections to employment services, food assistance, transportation, benefits enrollment, and other community supports.
Crisis Support & Stabilization
Access to crisis intervention and stabilization services to prevent housing loss and support residents during difficult periods.
Who Is Supportive Housing For?
- Adults transitioning from residential treatment or inpatient care
- Individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability
- Those with serious mental illness needing stable housing
